According to this recent article, Cheney believes that 'There Does Not Appear To Be A Consensus’ That Global Warming Is ‘Caused By Man’.
This goes against the consensus of 2,500 scientists from 130 nations in their recent UN report that "it was very likely, or more than 90 percent probable -- that human activities led by burning fossil fuels explained most of the warming in the past 50 years."
